My name is Matt and I was upset with my web hosting provider. I spent a lot of time setting up my website, uploading pictures, updating content just to find out that my web host would suck. Customer Service was a joke and server uptime was pretty much non-existent. My website never ranked well in search engines as a result of that and friends and family always asked why my website was down. It was embarrassing.

I then finally spent time finding a new web host.

But it wasn't a smooth ride and out of frustration I started a diary as well as I wrote down bits and pieces of what I learned. My new web host allows me to host more than one website on my account and so I got my own domain name and started publishing what I found out. I guess I am ranking in Search Engines now somehow as otherwise you would have not found me. ;)
